where do phone notes go after call has ended?

ie how can i retrive them

What do you mean by phone notes?

If you mean the phone log, go to phone options, call logging and choose what you want

But.. Is there a way to only show phone calls log entries with notes on them in the Message list?

After the call has ended, go to your call log. Highlight the call that you had notes on, press the menu button and click View History. This will show the notes of the call.
