I had the same problem with T-Mob UK, i was wondering cause i couldnt sort the problem neither their techinical dept, as soon as they would sort it in 3 hours things would mess up again. I have hotmail and googlemail account so i decided to keep my hotmail with BB email program and downloaded googlemail program. After that never had probs again.
Did ur problems were sorted? Did u have any issue after that?
