Hi,

Currently I'm finding that not all my mail is being pushed to the handset. Does anyone know a solution to this.

I'm using the Bold on Orange UK BIS and gmail.

So far I've tried deleting and adding the email account.
Restarting POP access on gmail.
Activating IMAP og gmail.
Re-registering handset.
Reset the phone.

None of these have solved the problem

Do you also use Outlook to grab your mail?

Some email comes to my BB and some does not - BlackBerryFAQ

Only when I'm at home. Otherwise outlook is 'offline'.

Solution was to go to 'advanced options' and delete all service books,

then re-send the service books.

The service provider orange told me to do this and it worked.

All is good now.

Hi,
I had the same problem with T-Mob UK, i was wondering cause i couldnt sort the problem neither their techinical dept, as soon as they would sort it in 3 hours things would mess up again. I have hotmail and googlemail account so i decided to keep my hotmail with BB email program and downloaded googlemail program. After that never had probs again.
Did ur problems were sorted? Did u have any issue after that?
