Default Calls Failed and resets during call

Please Login to Remove!

I have been having an issue lately. While on phone calls using bluetooth I will get failed phone calls while I still have bars after about 15-20 mins. I will call back and will have the same thing happen in a shorter amount of time. Sometimes instead of failed phone calls or after the first failed call the phone will reset itself while in the middle of a call.

I am looking for some help on how to fix this. Anybody have any suggestions?

I have had the same problems with the 4 Bold's that I've had. I don't use bluetooth, it happens most of the time after a week of usage. I have used .167 which came on the phone, .190, .210 and .215. I think it's the phone some users don't have problems. Don't know what the solution is going to be. It is not only with AT&T. My two cents.

i had that issue, and it reseted even when playing a certain song or songs, i got a diff phone thru warranty havent had the problem yet, but its been one week since so still waiting

Im actually having that problem too with my media player. It will reboot while I'm playing music too. It doesn't seem to be the wifi or bluetooth that is causing the problem because I have shut both off and still had the problem in some instances. i'm gonna try wiping the device and then reinstalling everything and see if that helps.
