I can't download or see any pics that are sent to me. I keep getting this message....any help?

Welcome to the forums!

Try resending your Service Books. From the manage Internet E-mail icon on your BlackBerry, go to Service Books>Send Service Books. After you recive a confirmation e-mail that your Service books have been resent, try viewing your attachments again.
