Default Multiple page SMS getting cut off??

Please Login to Remove!

I didnt really notices this untill i saw someone post something similar on another forum for a different phone.

I noticed that when I get a SMS message that is 160+ characters, the 2nd "page" never comes through. It's not messages I'm sending out, I can easily send SMS of 2 of 6.

Has anyone else noticed this? firmware bug? network bug? thoughts??

any help would be greatly appreciated... I'm still running .190 FWIW

Are you sure the second page is not in your sms or messages folder?

This is likely not caused by anything on your end, but rather the sender's provider not properly truncating the message and delivering subsequent messages after the first one.

I'm pretty sure, I have checked my other boxes, and there's nothing there, no new msg indicator either.

I had a feeling it would be that. Now that I think about it, I get NBA txts and they come in multiple "pages" and I get them w/o issue. So I am really thinking it would be a carrier issue.

Thanks for the insite!
