Default Shut off emails when usb cable connected

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to shutoff getting emails when the usb cable is connected? If I am at my desk my device is typically connected via the usb cable. I don't need to have emails populating on both my desktop and phone at the same time.

When I unplug then send them to the phone.

Thanks,
Rick

Are you on a BES? There is an option in Desktop Manager that will do this if you are on BES.

Welcome to the forums!

From your Desktop Manager, go to E-Mail Settings. You should see a check box that reads" Turn Off Message Redirection While My Device Is Connected To My Computer".

Checking this should do the trick.
