Default Update on the Bold

I got the Bold through Rogers the first week that it came out. I had nothing but issues with it so I returned it. I understand that now, after OS updates, there are no major issues. One major problem that I did notice was the poor ringtone volume and vibrate strenth. Is this now corrected to be the same as the Curve?

Vibrate strength is very weak, in my opinion, and won't be corrected with an OS update. Ringtone volume is just fine (for me) on my Bold, however, and wasn't ever an issue for me. So, corrected? Eh... not sure how to answer that one.

I am calling a bad unit on this one. My Bold is twice as loud as the 8100. Vibrate is strong. I am really enjoying this model.

That sucks then. The new Rogers 8900 Javelin is even worse than the Bold.....

Wirelessly posted

The vibrate is very weak, I don't even feel it most of the time. My Curve ---and really any other cell I have used--- had much stronger vibrations
