Default App Error 523, bold frozen computer won't detect!

Please Login to Remove!

So I know there are lots of threads (on this and other forums) about the famous App 523 Error, but mines exceptionally weird. I heard that you need a system reset and when I try to plug it into my computer Desktop Manager does not recognize the Bold! I check the icon that pops up in my system tray and it says the bold is connected yet the Desktop Manager doesn't. Can anyone give me some pointers as it'd really be nice to get my phone back in working order!

Plug in the BB and run apploader.exe . It's located at C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in Motion\AppLoader

Also try taking out your battery and plugging your Bold in and launching DM. DM won't exactly recognize your Bold and in the dropdown device selction area it will say UNKOWN for your PIN, but it recognizes it enough to get the OS reinstalled. I have used that method a few times before and so far so good.
