Hi,
just got a Bold yesterday. It should come with 18 months Vodafone satnav but there is no icon on the screen? It is not listed in the applications either.

Also I was led to believe there is some kind of Blackberry app store and an icon to access that should be on the device?

hi, the missing sat nav icon is a common problem, if you check out the vodafone eforum there are instructions on how to download the application.
also may be worth checking your OS as vodafone are still shipping with .126, there is an official update to .162 which, although not the most up-to-date, will speed up the phone and dramatically improve battery life.
cant help with the app store tho....

For the Sat Nav: Using your BB browser go to: vfuk.navigator.telmap.com
It's about 1MB in size and apart from few missing bridges, it does the job.

Currently, the BB app store is for the Storm not the Bold.

As 12ax7 said, check your OS version and upgrade if it's still on .126
