Default Speaker interference when connected to power source

Please Login to Remove!

When my Bold is connected to either a USB or wall charger power source, I get feedback in the phone's internal & external speakers as well as with headphones. Feedback can best be described as an electric buzzing/humming sound. Anyone else hearing this?

Grounding issues? Have you tried another source in a different location?

It is not related to grounding as outlets are grounded. This feedback occurs regardless of location and power source. Help!
