Default BES to hotmail or live

Please Login to Remove!

Have a look at this please. This email is sent from a Bold on Vodafone UK though FROM BES (MS Exchange + Blackberry Enterprise Server) to Hotmail. arrives corrupted like this - help!

Does it happen with every message sent that way?

Generally that means the font the sender used is not available on the receiving device. I would assume it is the same on a BB. Could also be the result of encryption.

Is your locale set correctly in Exchange and Hotmail?

Locale..

Yes as I am aware - the BES is in the UK and a live.com address and hotmail.com address both with the same problem.

Guess it's go to be the BES server...

You might try deleting all email from that account on your device(using delete prior option highlight today delete->menu --> delete prior. You may have a corrupt email on the BIS server which is causing issues to your account.
