Lightbulb Call Log Missing

Please Login to Remove!

Have a bold with OS .367. My call log is missing completely. When Ipress the green button or the call log icon I get the contact list instead of the call log. I Master reseted the phone twice, and the probllem was fixed untill I did the restore process, then the log was missing again. I do not want to use the log option on the message folder. Any help on that will be appreciated.

Master reset?

Did you remove the battery to reboot the device?

A bit drastic. A battery pull fixes most "weird" things on a Blackberry.

I just did that also, and nothing still the same. I wonder if that is a set up option that I might have changed by mistake

Wirelessly posted (9000)

On my Bold, the call log icon is in application by default. Not sure if that's a theme issue or an os issue. Have you selected "show all" and gone searching for it?

Tell ya what, I had thw bb curve and it did that, wiped my e-mails, sms/mms and call list. I was furious
So I contacted vodafone and complained, this being the 4th complaint and already had 4 curve's in 6 months for different reason,
They sent me my new bold for free, letting me keeping the curve, wirh a master reset, updated OS and a few extras it was perfect
So I gave it to my girlfriend

Have you tried hitting the green button, going into menu>>options>>general options and changing the Phone List view to Call Log?
