Default SMS symbol red clock

Please Login to Remove!

Usually when I send an SMS message there is the typical message sending symbol (as shown, for example, in the Bold tips and tricks doc). Sometimes I see what looks to be a red clock. I assume that that means there is some delay. Am I causing this delay somehow? Does it mean something else?

I did indeed read the user's manual.

Thank you.

David

It means that either the device is transmitting or receiving something else and it needs to wait, or that the network is causing a delay.
