Default New BOLD owner with another battery question

Please Login to Remove!

I am using OS .162 with Rogers and my battery is down to 40% today and that is from the past 12 hours only! I have used about 20 minutes of voice, moderate texting and messenger and 2-3 e-mails. This does not seem right at all. As I am new to the Bold and there are so many threads back and forth on the battery life, is there a certain OS I should be switching to, to improve my battery life?

yes, get .216. Also, disable WiFi when not using it. If you really want to make the battery last put the phone to 2g instead of 3g.

Thanks for the reply. I just upgraded to .216 and never use wifi anyways.
