Default Having Issue Assinging the Send From Account

Please Login to Remove!

I am using BES and I have my main inbox ("messages") where every message shows up (i.e. it represent a combination of email received from multiple accounts). When ever I click reply on a message in my messages inbox the BB forces me to send it using the desktop account, it will not allow me to select one of my other pop accounts. Is there a setting on my BB or with my BES provider to override that?

I can select the send from account on the inboxes for the pop accounts I set up, but I need to be able to do it from my messages inbox as well.

When composing a new message scroll up to "Send Using" select the mail accounts u want to use for sending the mail.

I am not experienced with BES, but i'd guess it's a restriction set by the IT Policy on your device, which only your company IT guys/gals can change.

If you click "reply" it will always reply using the account you received it on.

To reply using a different a account select "forward" instead and then you can select whatever account you want.

I never actually tried to change the "send using" when replying, but that makes sense.
