I can't find my Email Setting icon under Setup Folder. Where has it gone?

Are you on a BB data plan? What does your coverage indicator show? Have you pulled the battery? Is it any where else on the home screen?

same with me. I wondered what happened also.

Changing themes can make icons disappear also.

I've seen that issue too after a reset (removing battery and putting it back in) and I simply did it again and it was fine... (I know there is probably an easier way to reset but I am a BB virgin and still learning so be gentle with me)...
