Battery Life!! - Any way to quickly change from 3G to 2G and Back?

I found a great way to extend my blackberry bold's battery life -- switch to EDGE/2G obviously!

Now, is there an easy way to switch back and forth that is quicker? It would be awesome if someone wrote an application that allowed the switch via hotkey or something without having to go into connections and fumble with the menu

Any ideas if there is any application that would help change from 2g to 3g and back quicker?

True, but it'd be nice to be able to do it quickly too! Didn't realize you guys didn't have the option, that sucks

A keyboard shortcut would be pretty slick! Press and hold "G" or something like that.

I agree as I use it only when I do GPS stuff. No other reason for me.. Would be nice to associate to programs to switch to 3G when using them.
