Hi there, a newbie here....

Just recently picked up a 9000 and love everything about it...

except for one little "glitch" which basically is starting to annoy me ...

Basically whenever I reply to an email and press send...not only is the email sent to the recipient, but I also notice that a copy is sent back to me as my BB soons notifies me that an email has just been received......

Also, does anyone know how to turn the "read receipt" off? Although not half as annoying as having all my replies sent back to me, I would like to undersatnd if I can selectively apply "request for Read reciepts" to certain emails only.....

Much appreciated if someone with the infinite BB wisdom is able to point me out in the right direction.

Beauty!! This worked a treat however it didnt solve the issue with read receipts......

go to your messages folder, then menu->options->email settings. go down to send read receipts and select NO
