Default (help)App error 523 on my bb..

Please Login to Remove!

out of a blue, after i change my simcard on my Bold, when i wanted to turn it on again.. it loads like normal, then it show a message "app error523", and below there is only an option to restart it..
when i click on it, it keep on restarting..
before the error msg windows, it says that applications fails... i have not managed to read the error msg, a white screen saying the "app error523" msg came up. what should i do? i did not back up my file .. i only backup my contacts and calendar. could you please guide me step by step on regaining my bb ? i have been searching and reading through forums, but it still doesn't work

could any1 help me please...

Welcome to the forums.

Have you added any 3rd party applications or themes to your blackberry prior to this happening?

What happens if you remove the SIM and try to power it up?

I get App. Error 523 several times a week for no reason. I try to use my Blackberry and the white screen with the most ridiculous small print I've ever seen, say App. Error 523-Reset. Does anyone have a solution to stop this from happening?
Otherwise I love my Blackberry Bold!
