Default bb9000 can t be detected by pc

Please Login to Remove!

i received a dead bb9000(just a red light).i tried to to flash it with desktop manager but computer didn t detect it .i put out the battery but same thing.all known methods but always same prob.
plz help

Sounds like a dead Bold to me. Where did you get it ?

Try restarting the pc, then using a different USB port. And make sure the BB DM software is set to use USB.

Also make sure you are plugged directly into the PC and not via a hub.

i tried with different cables in different computers .but no result.i m sure it s soft prob:someone tried to unlock it with mfi

where is mods none can give me operationel sollution to revive bb9000.plz don t tell me read faq etc......because i did and found nothing can help.someone tell me that java developers kit can solve the prob.plz share it

Try reinstalling DM 4.6.
Restart your PC.
After boot up, open up the device manager and expand the USB devices.
Plug in the Bold and watch for BlackBerry Smartphone (I think that's what it shows as) to appear.
If that does, use Blackberry Master Control Program to launch the loader.exe program. It should be able to detect the device even if it as USB:UNKNOWN; it should still work.

That has worked for me EVERYTIME I had the red light-only. If that doesn't work, I'd worry =)
