Default How to back up...

Hi all.. I'm a new Bold user... I got my Bold and when I was first setting it up and logging on to the Blackberry Internet Service site my first thing to setup was my personal email, so I checked that box in the setup. All was ok, then work hooked me up to the corporate Enterprise server. Now I get both sets of email, but it all drops into Desktop and it seems like frequently the changes to work email etc., aren't being reflected back to the corporate Notes server...

I tried to go back and change my choice for an Enterprise setup, even deleting my personal email account, but I don't get that choice any more.. Is there any way to reset it?

All messages go into the "Messages" folder. That's just how it works. You'll also have a second email folder for your BIS email but it will duplicate in the "Messages" folder. When you delete from one it will delete in the other folder.

As for changes on the BES mail not reflecting in Notes you'll need to contact your IT dept on that.

If you're getting all your mail (not including today's outages) then you are probably fine. The only problem may be the reconciling between your BES mail and your Notes account. I don't know much about Notes so you may want to talk to your IT about it.

I'll skip the IT group unless it gets bad...

If all the email goes to Messages, is there a way to color code it or flag it in some way to easily tell it apart?

Yup. Go to Options >Security options >general settings. Scroll down to Message outline colors. Set as desired.
