so i was having a few problems with my device running slowly so i formated my media card and deleted a bunch os msgs which seems to have done the trick!

however at some stage of me doin all this i changed some settings!

when i first got my phone all my msg ie sent, recieved, sms and mms where all displayed when i opened the sms/mms icon but now it just appears to be showing random msgs so to im having to use the 'view folder' option to view my inbox!

i have tried to reconcile but doesnt seem to work, any suggestions please!?

You can try having the "service book" sent down to you, but if that doesn't do the trick you can re-install the operating system.

If you are seeing incomming messages only, but want to see sent, then change the option to "hide sent messages" to no (sms folder, menu, options, general options).

But I dont quite know what you mean by "random messages"
are you only seeing some received messages? are you ony seeing some sent and no received? A little more explanation could help to solve the problem.

Did you change the setting in messages to merge your sms and email or did you keep it as theme based. In sms messages go to options, general options at the bottom you can control sms/email boxes

so i couldnt figure it out and tried a bunch of stuff that just didnt work so i restored my device from a back up which has done the trick!
