I use Desktop Redirector in order to receive work e-mails from my laptop. B! Has created an identical folder tree as in Outlook but I' d like to free up mem from time to time and I don't know how to delete multiple emails,not just one by one. How can I do that?Will reconcile do that? Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

Highlight one email hold the shift key and scroll down. That will select multiple emails and you can delete them that way.

Or, you could highlight a date, press the menu key and delete prior.
