I got the Bold on AT&T back in November, and several of my BBM contacts have told me that often times my phone sends duplicate messages to them two or three times. I've also noticed that a seemingly disproportionate number of my contacts become "unreachable" (with the red X) throughout the day. Has anyone else had the same problem, and do you know of any remedies? I called AT&T support and they didn't have any solutions.

Also, I recently noticed a new icon which is displayed on my call screen whenever I place a call. Its a rectangular shape with five plus-signs going across it diagonally. I don't know what it means, I was just curious because it just started appearing about two weeks ago.
