Default LED-light not working

Please Login to Remove!

The LED-light is not working when i get any types of msgs or emails.
I do have the option on in my soundconfiguration..

any help?

I do know it's working because i took out my battery and put it back in and the LED-light turned red for a while

By that you mean you've gone into Profiles > Advanced > select the profile you are using > select each type of message > Repeat Notification = LED Flashing.

yup did that and still the light doesn't work
don't know what else it could've been or could be?

You may have the bedside mode active in the clock application. Try plugging in the bold and when the clock shows up, click on the options key and then "Exit Bedside Mode" and see if it works.

i have the same problem as what ismael1984 was saying and did the "Bedside Mode" application and it was off but my LED notification is still not working. hope anybody can help troubleshoot my Bold?

Do you have it on in your profiles?

When you pull the battery and put it back in does the LED turn red for a few moments before the screen turns on?
