| When connected to Wi-Fi, go into Settings>Options>Advanced Options>Browser. What is the default browser set to? It should be either Hotspot Browser or Wi-Fi Browser depending on your OS. If not, change it.
Second: Pull the battery.
Thirdly: not much else you can really do, at that point something is probably blocking it on their end.
