Default Desktop Redirector on 2 or more Computers

Please Login to Remove!

I installed Desktop Manager 4.6 on my computer at work and configured the redirector using exchange and outlook. It worked fine until I installed DM on my home computer. The problem is when I started syncing my BB Bold to my computer at home, sending emails from the device stopped working.

Is it possible to sync the BB to 2 computers and still get redirector working? I only need the redirector to run in the office. I only use my DM at home to sync contacts and calendars on my outlook.

If it is just the sending of emails that is not working, on your Blackberry, does the sent email message show up with a check mark or red X?

If it has a red X, open the message and at the top will be an error message. Then search that error message here: BlackBerry - Support & Services

If it has a check mark or still unresolved, on your Blackberry, go into Settings>Options>Advanced Options>Default Services.
Try changing the default Messaging CMIME service book to the other options available.

Feel free to post back with more information or what worked or didn't.
