i am in UAE, Dubai and my provider is Etisalat. its my third blackberry with them, and latest bold is already few month with me.
My last upgrade was 18.104.22.168 over the official Etisalat version and it was working just fine until yesterday.
I just mentioned when i left office i stopped getting my emails and IM messages. when i get home i got 8 new emails. So i understood that Data Plan is not working and its only WIFI is working. I checked everything nothing helped.
I did re-register my HRT, i am re-sending my service boook its not coming.
I deleted all email from provider website and added them one by one again.
I wiped my handheld.
I upgrade to new version 4.6.0418.
STILL NOTHING HELPS
then i called to Etisalat, they told me same steps that already did, but still i did it and nothing. then they gave me link to their official version, so i downgrade it back to 4.6.0162 and still Nothing.
Now, no data, no WIFI nothing, browser has only 2 options ewap and hotspot.
I took off my simcard and put it into other phone and GPRS is working, so i am lost.
Etisalat support said they will tell technical department to contact me, its been 24hour so far nothing, as i understand i am on my own now.
So anyone know how can i fix it ?
