Default Bold Bis Problem !!!

Hi everyone,

i am in UAE, Dubai and my provider is Etisalat. its my third blackberry with them, and latest bold is already few month with me.
My last upgrade was 4.6.0.244 over the official Etisalat version and it was working just fine until yesterday.

I just mentioned when i left office i stopped getting my emails and IM messages. when i get home i got 8 new emails. So i understood that Data Plan is not working and its only WIFI is working. I checked everything nothing helped.

I did re-register my HRT, i am re-sending my service boook its not coming.
I deleted all email from provider website and added them one by one again.
I wiped my handheld.
I upgrade to new version 4.6.0418.
STILL NOTHING HELPS
then i called to Etisalat, they told me same steps that already did, but still i did it and nothing. then they gave me link to their official version, so i downgrade it back to 4.6.0162 and still Nothing.

Now, no data, no WIFI nothing, browser has only 2 options ewap and hotspot.

I took off my simcard and put it into other phone and GPRS is working, so i am lost.

Etisalat support said they will tell technical department to contact me, its been 24hour so far nothing, as i understand i am on my own now.

So anyone know how can i fix it ?

There is a BIS 2.6 upgrade going on and that could be the problem.

Did you try a battery pull? That is the first thing you should do.

Yes i didnt pulled out battery already hundred times since yesterday. its not helping. i did everything. its just looks like my data plan is dead. no email, no browser. there is no option for internet browser its only ewap and hotspot.
BIS upgrade is where in Etisalat ? when i called them they didnt tell me anything about that. please advice.

Well, Europe was last weekend, US is this weekend. But it could disrupt data elsewhere.

So you called the carrier and they had no answer? Are you on BES?

Could be a hardware issue. Can you make and receive calls?

The provider said that they had 2 more customers calling with same problem. and they will check it now and call me back within 24hour. so far nothing. yes i am able to make calls.

Lets see what the carrier has to say. Sounds like it is on their end. I know it is hard to be without email on a BB though.

So you think its provider problem, any chance that its can be on my side, handheld problem ? Any stable versian OS for bold that you will recommendate to install and keep ?
please advice

If your provider has said other people have called with this problem, it is likely that they themselves are having data problems.

Well i called them many times, and every time different people are answering in support, one of them said yes was a problem, others said no.
No i dont know for sure.
But its strange, i go to browser options - its only ewap and hotspot browser. there is no internet browser. and in email menu there is no Reconcile Now.
And WIFi is not working

I sent my bold to service, they return it back to me after 6 days, its fixed and working. In letter they wrote that they wipe the handheld and re-installed the OS and the problem fixed.
But i did all these steps by myself before i could not fix the problem. well i dont know just its fixed now and working with official etisalat OS, now i wanna upgrade to later OS. anyone can advice me a stable OS ?
