Digging into this a bit more, I found that if I go to my carriers bb area (in my case: www.att.com/blackberrrystart
) that under the email address that I have setup, that there is a check box that says "Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." So then how is this supposed to work? Would think that this option would be for all carriers somewhere in your settings. In any event, I still am not getting results that I would like.
