Default More additions for person and emails

Please Login to Remove!

So by default you can have 3 email address for a person. As strange as it may sound, some people I know have more than that for good reason. With that said, is there a way to force the address book to allow more?

Secondly, I have several of my own email addresses forwarded onto my phone. Each time I add one, it adds another envelope button. Is there a way for "one" catch all button regardless of how many email addresses I have sent to my phone?

And lastly, when you delete emails by right-clicking, you get the options of deleting from your handheld or from both your handheld and your mailbox. Well I use MS Outlook 2007 to catch my gmail and other email addresses and it seems that even though I have deleted a particular email on my phone, Outlook still retrieves it even if it is closed when I delete this from my phone. It would seem that since Outlook has actually downloaded the message, that this would work. Am I missing something here or do I need to set a setting or sync something somehow, somewhere? Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Thanks much.

Firstly, no sure.
Secondly, by default, any message from any address will show up in the generic "messages" folder AS WELL as any individual email box. Generally, I and most people hide the email box for each address and just use the generic "messages" icon for all emails.
Lastly, it depends when you do it. Just like BB trolls your accounts for messages, once pressing "delete from handheld and mailbox" it then has to troll itself back to your accounts to delete them. If you do this and open Outlook merely 2 minutes later, the BB might have not had time to go back to the account to tell it to delete.
generally they do get deleted from mailbox if chosen to, but may take up to 15/20 minutes.

You can have up to 10 email accounts via BIS on the BB.

All email goes into the main Messages folder and then to a folder for each account. If you don't see a "Messages" folder, maybe it is hidden, but it should be there.

Email doesn't sync, but it can reconcile if you tell it to do so (not automatic). As I understand reconcile, once you hit "Delete from handheld" and then "Reconcile Now" email that is on your email server(s) and not downloaded yet to your PC email client will be deleted. But it takes a while to do so. I have heard of it taking an hour or longer. Not sure why. Once it is on the PC Client (Outlook) then all bets are off.

You can set them up in your address book as 1 and 2 or Work and Personal.

In other words you can set up entries for Joe America1 and Joe America2 or Joe America Work and Joe America Home. Then associate the e-mail addresses accordingly.

Digging into this a bit more, I found that if I go to my carriers bb area (in my case: that under the email address that I have setup, that there is a check box that says "Synchronize deleted items between this mailbox and my device." So then how is this supposed to work? Would think that this option would be for all carriers somewhere in your settings. In any event, I still am not getting results that I would like.
