If I send an email from my Blackberry, when it appears in my Sent items in Outlook it shows the actual email address, not the name in my contacts file. So for example, all my emails to Joe Bloggs are filed under "Joe Bloggs" but anything sent from blackberry is listed using his email address, which is "random@demon.net".
How can I change this?

You know what? I have never noticed that. That is a really good question.. I would like to know the answer to that as well. I will sort my sent items by the to field to find something i know i sent to a name like Fred George so I look under F in the to field. but his email is I never think to look for his email address.
