Default Calendar NOT shown on home screen?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone:

I just got my Bold yesterday, this forum helped me a LOT.. However, I still have one issue left even I gooled for hour..

I still could not see my appointment on homescreen.. I did research on this forum, some ppl say that I need to go though the option->advanced options->default sevices, after select my E-mail account, I should see the calendar on homescreen.

I do not have E-mail account yet and I think I will not have one in short time. Is there any other way to get Calendar shown on home screen? I see some theme can do it, can I do it without change my current theme?

Thank you for any help. the effect I real want is the picture I attached.

Erick

To get the calendar appointments on the homescreen you must use a "today" theme.
There is no way around this.
