|  BlackBerry Media Sync Problem
Please Login to Remove! I'm on a Mac, OS X (latest version) and I never had a problem with the BB Media Sync app until now. I connected my BB...I turn on storage mode if I want to or not, so that's cool. But when I open the Media Sync app, it says "NOT CONNECTED" on the status line. It can't see my phone. I don't use any other syncing app, I used to but uninstall them using AppZapper. I can transfer my music but if I use storage mode :(
