| What you have is the latest release of the OS by AT&T. Each vendor can choose when they want to release a new version created by RIM.
As mendez said, the latest release is 4.6.0.247 and there is probably a beta floating around that is newer than that release.
Problem is without having the AT&T release, getting tech support is going to come down to having to reload AT&T's version. I've found this forum to be more helpful than tech support so I rarely need to call AT&T.
Upgrading is easy, do a search, you'll find everything you need including the new features and fixes from the AT&T version. It takes about 60-90 minutes by the time you read the instructions, download the files, load the OS.
