Default OS Upgrade Crash - HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

Went through the process to upgrade the OS - received a cryptic message and tried starting the process over! Now my BB show a small icon that says "Reload Software" and I cannot get the PC to recognize the BB - I get the message "A connection to the device cannot be established"?? Any suggestions?

Are you using the loader to get the software on or the desktop software? Use the loader.exe if you haven't tried that.
