Default EDGE Not working

Hi

I have a BB9000 Bold from Movistar, my friend brought it from Canada.

My problem is that it doesnt work on any networks EDGE, although i have activated Blackbery services from Mobilink it doesnt activate the SErvice, I tried the same connection on 8310 Curve it works fine. Can somebody guide me how to solve this problem

Well.... I did the first two steps, The first didnt help and for the second step, i dont find any entries in the Host Routing Table.....
