a coworker of mine has the bold and is trying to download the iheart radio app, however, he is getting an error. it ststes "Proxy Authentication Required fro NTLMTest" and wants a username and password. when i downloaded it on my curve, i had no errors. he is also coneected to the BES and i am on the BIS.

any ideas?

It is entirely possible that his BES administrator is blocking and/or requiring authentication through a proxy to get out to the Internet. If you can get past that, they may have OTA installs disabled too. Tell your coworker to start with the BES Admin.

that sounds like a very probable scenario.

try using internet browser, this not using your corporate network. Ooption > advanced option > browser > internet browser.
