How did you reset it? Did you remove the battery? I wouldn't think that removing the battery would put something under the trackball.

Yeah I removed the battery, but i think maybe something got under the trackball in the first place, which is why it went all loopy? I turn it on now, and i attempt to enter my password, and i press the letter "A" and it comes up that ive pressed it twice, and my trackball feels dodgy, some letters work fine. At the time it buggered I was in the kitchen and it was kinda steamy, maybe water got underneath the keypad?

Ive been researching and i think that it is the problem, there is moisture under the keys.. If I take it apart and let it dry for the next 2 weeks, (as im on holiday) and then see what happens?

I had my Bold from AT & T for 5 days and experienced an error message "radio path unavailable" then the keys froze up on me. I took it back and exchanged it for another Bold. I have had this one now for a week and it is starting to give me the same message, "radio path unavailable. I am waiting for the keyboard to freeze up. I can't say i understand what is going on here. AT & T cannot fix the problem.
