Default Memory Cleaning

I know that this is really more of a security feature, but is it also helpful in housekeeping memory so that you don't have to reboot the unit to clean things up?

Any general thoughts on turning it on? Pros/cons?

you can enable it, and have it not to do it automatically so you do it only when necessary, but it cleans only a small amount, (once enabled it shows you the list of what it cleans) and it may only free up .2MB at any one time.
if you are low on memory from apps running (app world uses alot just running) battery pull will free it up, whereas memory cleaning wont.
