Default new bold memory card issue

Please Login to Remove!

I recently received a replacement bold, refurb of course from att. and I have me memory card set to Prompt when I plug in my usb cable. I can read my memory card just file from music, pictures andf videos, also works great when using media manager from DM, but when i plug in my usb cable it is NOT prompting me to read from the card or not. I even changed it to YES and it did not set up a drive letter like it used to.

anyone else experience this and if so what was the resolve? to get another replacement?

on OS .247 8G memory card

thanks in advance for your help

Mikadad,

I would recommend that you copy over all your data from your memory card to your computer, then format the media card from your Bold device and then reset your options to allow the media card to be visible when connected to your computer. Do a battery pull, and then reconnect to your computer and see what happens.
