and run from there instead of main mem ?

No, it is not possible. The media card is meant for media only - ringtones, music, videos, pictures, etc.

If I read that site right the apps don't run from the media card. Their loader simply loads them into main memory from the card so they run out of main memory, then unloads them to free up that memory. Still handy if you have a lot of apps, but not running them from the card.

To be fair, its the best you are going to get.
Its like a PC, the programs are stored on the hard drive, and when running using the RAM, once closed, they free up that RAM.
There is no way to run a program from the Hard drive without it using RAM.
This is the same for the BB.
So Aerize is the best you are going to get, as the BB will store and run from the RAM (app memory) without this program.
