Do you mean you have changed the wallpaper to one of your choosing and you want to change it to the original?
Go to media-pictures-all pictures-click menu-reset home screen image.

you cant if you are using a normal theme (i.e. one that is pre-loaded onto your phone)
if you download a 3rd party theme, they may allowing the changing of the sub menu backgrounds.
or you can make your own using Plazmic.
