The MAC which is printed on the label under my Bold 9000 battery is different from the MAC displayed on my Status page. I know the MAC on the Status page is what the phone is using on the network. Any idea why there are two MACs? Are all Bolds like that, or just mine?

I believe the Bold has both 802.11a and 802.11b/g for wifi. The MAC address for 802.11a is slightly different than 802.11b/g.Correct me if I am wrong.

The MAC address on the label is for the internal bluetooth adapter. If you look, it says "BT MAC".

Yeah, I did notice the BT prefix, and I thought what the heck is that about? In often forget that bluetooth is a different network connection. That would explain why I was not able to access my home wireless network last night. I block connections from unknown MACs, and I was mistakenly using the BT MAC. I am embarrassed to call myself an IT guy.
