Please Login to Remove!

Me and My collegues are able to access our official email through Outlook Web Access. How wevr we could not configure the account in our blackberry 9000 bold.
We figured out that the Outlook URL is ISA. So it cannot be configured
I heard there is a way around this problem. If you know how please let me know.
NOTE: I could configure gmail and other accounts.

I have mine set up through BIS utilizing the https link, user name and password.

The only reason i do not have it set up like a regular pop account is because they are still configuring the servers and permissions.

I have no problem with it set up via the https : //remote link though...

It all has to do with the landing URL when you are in your inbox if it doesn't end in "/exchange" it's game over. That is what RIM scripts key off to know where to begin. Usually HTTPS: works but if they have a custom OWA front-end it's either BES or the Redirector....

Good Luck!
