Default Berry Buzz vs BuzzMe

Please Login to Remove!

For me, its annoying that you cannot have your device vibe and ring at the same time, so you erraticate this problem but downloading one of the 2 softwares.

Can someone please explain the difference? I have BuzzMe, and the thing that annoys me is that even if you put your profile on silent (at night for example), it'll still vibrate when someone calls. Does Berry Buzz do that too?

I use BerryBuzz.

If i don't want to have the vibrating feature on, i just go to my profiles and change it to quiet.

Even if you have whatever profile you choose at night when you're sleeping, you can simply just edit the profile settings to neither vibrate, nor tone, and voila, problem solved! (There is an option which says 'none').

It's got nothing to do with BerryBuzz or BuzzMe.

The best part of BerryBuzz is the fact the phone vibes and rings at the same time, and not the whole, vibrate first then ring.

Actually, with BuzzMe, its either on or off...it is independant of the profile settings. That is why I uninstalled it on my curve. I didn't want to have to turn off BuzzMe everynight when I went to bed...if berrybuzz works with the profiles, I may have to try that now.

No, all of the "vibrate and ring" type apps out there, including Vibe and Ring, Ring and Vibe, BuzzMe, BerryBuzz, etc., work the same way.

On incoming phone calls, if the "vibe and ring" application is enabled, it will vibrate regardless of what you have your profile set to and regardless of what the Phone entry is set to within each profile.

As Wingrider says, it's all or nothing.

I believe BerryBuzz and Buzzme are the same because they both have the same icon and...well...there's no difference. I had a problem when I installed them both at the same time, which I'm not necessarily sure if that's why it actually happened, was that the flashing light that normally always stays flashing until you open the icon with the star, would shut off if I just rolled the wheel. This is bad because if I'm in middle of typing and I get a message, it vibrates for a split second until I continue typing, and then the light also stops flashing and sometimes I miss it totally.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I'm sorry I meant BerryBuzz and BeBuzz - which in fact are exactly the same.
