Default App error 200

Please Login to Remove!

I installed a trial remote desktop package, and it then reset, showing the app error 200

I have tried every permutation to fix it, including

removed battery
Pressed and held escape for safe mode (does not do anything)
desktop software will not connect, cannot see device

Im happy to wipe it and start again,but cant seem to factory reset or get in in safe mode.

Can anyone help.

Only had the thing for 3 days

Probably loaded an app not made for your device or OS.

You'll need to wipe the device using javaloader or JL_CMDER and use Desktop Manager/Application Loader to reload the OS.
