Default upgrade issues

so I upgraded to .266 the other day. I decided to drop back to .247 because not being able to get rid of the media was driving me insane, but now:

my games are missing
docs to go is gone
bb messenger is gone
and of course the media is still there

please help me. I've tried loading the software again, loading .266 again and nothing seems to work. as always, any help is greatly appreciated.

Maybe you should use jl_cmder to do a complete wipe of your device and then try a full reinstall of .247, that should get your stuff back.

Make sure to backup first.

I was thinking of upgrading from .247 myself, but then I figured I would just stay with it seeing that its so stable and 5.0 is just around the corner (I hope).

You need to do a reinstall my friend. I have two bolds: upgraded both to .266. To be candid - faultless. Best version I've used.

There is a seperate process for backing up 3rd party apps...although it may be too late for your current situation...

ok...
so I used jl_cmder to wipe and reinstalled .247
downloaded all my apps/themes again
the games, docs to go and bbm don't even show up in the app loader list.

clearly I'm doing something wrong. just can't figure out what.

Did you load from the .247 you had on your PC previously, or did you download .247 again?

Can anybody help? I cant load anything, keep getting "handheld application loader wizard has stopped working" I'm running 4.6.0.247 on bold.
