Default Messenger not working...help

Please Login to Remove!
Hello, i have 2 pieces of blackberry 9000 with messenger problem. When i click on messenger icon it says "Please enter your name as you would like others to see it". When i click on ok, it says "your name cannot be empty". I click on ok and it says again "please enter your name.....". I tried deleting mesenger from loader and then running loader again and adding messenger but still same problem. Please help......

You have to add a name in order to use and chat via BBM.

download it from app world/ mobile.blackberry.com from BB browser, install and sign in.
