Default cant activate email after call divert

hi, since 2 days i tried to make divert call then i cancel the divert, since i made the divert i could not receive any email, i tried to wipe the device and re-activate the email, i face one problem that may email cant activate, i got new pass from our IT to re-activate again but still the same, i have BES and the service is ok it showing 3G and the four B.
when i click activate it send an email to my email address from the blackberry server in the outlook shown that do not delete this mail...then i wait half an hour and not activating. can anyone help me plz?
