My trusted berry took a haaard dive on marble in my hotel and it's practically destroyed :(

For the time being i'm getting my emails using the laptop and wifi access points (which does not work well in my line of work, i move a lot and the laptop size is also an issue)

Is there someone in the London area that can possibly hook me up with a new/new-ish/used/working Bold. Doesn't have to look great, just being in working condition.

My contract is up in some 60-65 or so days so i'll get a new berry upon renewal. I just need a working solution for now. Please make me an offer that makes sense, don't ask for retail price for obvious reasons. Or if you got a blackberry collecting dust in a desk drawer you dont use i would be happy to take it of your hands.

It's probably not your ideal solution, but the device is operational, would tide you over till your contract comes up, and you can have it for free as long as you do the legwork (I am in SW London, would be prepared to travel as far as Earl's Court, apart from that it's down to you!)

No, seriously, you're welcome. It would have ended up sitting unused in a drawer for years, and then being recycled. I feel happy that the BB is getting a new lease of life, at least for a while.

One thing I forgot to do was remove trace of the IT policy on there. It has the RIM default, so should not be restrictive. But it has been on a BES, and therefore has policy. I can't remember the software OS on there, but if it is over 4.3 just hook it up to jl_cmder and you can "Reset to Factory" and knock the policy off. Let me know if you need any assistance!
