Default Marking Multiple Contacts

Please Login to Remove!

Can more than one contacts be marked, either to delete or sending sms to

multiple persons, directly from the contact list in the phone ?

I don't know, but you may be able to send sms to a group just as you would an email. Not sure. You'll have to try and see or wait for someone else to comment. Go to contacts, bring up menu, select new group, and go from there.

EDIT: I believe that to send the SMS to a distribution list you will have to send them as emails, i.e. the email address is in the format of the # @ the carrier's domain.

When you compose an SMS you can enter multiple addresses to which you want the message sent. When you compose the SMS and fill in the first address, a second "To" field will appear. Fill in that one and yet another will appear. I don't know how many it will allow, but you can put a bunch of 'em in one message.
